Digital Marketing Support VA – Contractor Position

We are looking for someone who is skilled in digital marketing and has experience with MailChimp and managing social media pages.

You will need to prove that you have the right knowledge and been able to produce positive results to ensure our clients are always moving forward.

When applying please ensure you provide examples of email campaigns you have created and Facebook pages that you have or are currently managing (I’m more interested in seeing Insight Reports than the actual page).

Office Assistant | General Virtual Assistant – Employment Position

This is an office based role in our Waiuku office. Hours will vary each week depending on workload but has potential to grow into something full time (9am to 2.30pm).

This role will be incredibly varied and full on. You will need to have a lot flexibility in your availability and be ready to take on any task thrown your way. You’ll need office experience and knowledge of running a business. Proactive and being able to think outside of the box will be helpful.

Some of the tasks this role will cover:

  • Client Relationship Assistant (a fancy name for Project Manager)
  • General Virtual Assistant covering a lot of random tasks from clients
  • Inbound/Outbound Phone Calls
  • Generating new client leads (this includes attending networking events in person and online)
  • Assistant to VA Director
